Where are you located?

Do you have a shop?

Yes! Our shopfront is open Monday-Sunday, serving specialty coffee and a range of baked goods. Online orders can be picked up from our shop any day of the week from 9:30am onwards.

What are your opening hours?

Monday-Thursday: 9am-8pm

Friday-Saturday: 9am-10pm

Sunday: 9am-7pm

Please note, we close once we have sold out of all our products so our closing times may be earlier than scheduled.

Are your baked goods made fresh daily and how long do they last?

All our goods are baked daily. For best taste and quality, we recommend eating them on the day of delivery. However, they will still be delicious the next day and will last up to 2-3 days of receiving them.

How should I store my donuts?

Correct storage instructions are printed on the side of our boxes when you open the lid.

Do you create custom orders?

Yes we do! If you are looking for specific colours or different sizes such as minis or larger donuts, please email yummy@ladonuts.com.au and we will be happy to discuss your ideas and place your custom order.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes, there is an option saying “Add a Gift Message” upon checking out.

Can I change the details on my delivery order? ( i.e. date/address)

Yes, you can as long as it is a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

Email us at yummy@ladonuts.com.au with your order number and what you need corrected. We will do our very best to get this sorted for you!

Can I cancel my order?

All order cancellations must be processed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns/refunds on our donuts. Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What happens if my order is not collected from the store?

We will try and contact you and if we do not receive a response your order will be disposed of as unfortunately these are perishable items that we can not resell the next day. We are unable to process any refunds if we have to dispose of them.

Do you wholesale or offer discounted rates on bulk orders?

No, unfortunately we do not wholesale or discounted rates.

DIETARY

Are your products halal?

Yes, they are. We ensure that all the products and lollies we use are halal before purchasing and making our donuts.

Do you have any gluten free options?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any gluten free options. We hopefully will sometime in the near future!

Do you have any dairy/egg free donuts?

Yes, we have a large variety of vegan donuts that do not contain any dairy, eggs, or other animal products. They can be purchased in store Friday-Sunday only, however you can pre order them for pickup/delivery Monday-Sunday.

(Please note that while we do not use any dairy/egg products in these flavours, they may contain traces).

Do your products contain nuts? 

We have a large variety of products that DO NOT contain nuts. Flavours such as Nutella, Snickers and Knafa etc. are the ones which DO contain nuts. However, please note there may be traces within all our donuts as we do use a variety of nuts in the kitchen.

DELIVERY

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We deliver 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery, however if you’re local you can try ordering through UberEATS.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes. However, orders for the next day must be placed by 10pm the previous day, provided we haven’t reached full capacity for orders yet.

Where do you deliver and what are the fees?

We deliver across the Sydney Metro region roughly within 38km from our store. The delivery rate is calculated based on location in the checkout.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are any time from 9am-5pm. Our drivers will do their best to deliver within these time frames but there may be situations beyond our control.

What happens if the product arrived melted?

We ensure all our products leave our shop fresh and perfect and we try our best to keep it that way! What happens after it has left our shop is beyond our control. All our products contain sugar and due to external factors, such as weather, etc. we cannot predict how the product will be handled or stored. L.A Donuts will unfortunately not hold any responsibility due to damages such as melted products.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

We recommend that someone is home to accept the order as our product is a perishable item. If you or the recipient are not home, the donuts will be left at your front door or in a safe place. (Please note we take no responsibility if the item is lost once it arrives and if you are not home to collect, we do not offer re-deliveries, refunds, or exchanges).

What if I need to request a delivery time?

Due to the volume of orders being shipped, unfortunately, this is not an option. However, you will receive an SMS with a scheduled timeframe the morning of, as well as a 30mins notice text and a message once it has been completed.
